Fifth of July Party Recap

Another successful Shadowhorn party has come and gone. The first ever Fifth of July party was a complete success! Despite only giving a days notice, close to 100 people showed up and it was packed! Thanks to publicity from tons of twizards, bloggers, and a Facebook event page, it all turned out really well!

With many games of Tag being played in addition to numerous scavenger hunts and a few food fights, the night was full of laughter as people kept coming up with new places to hide in the vast Sultans Palace. If you came out victorious, you were awarded for your efforts with hoard packs and more!

Not only were there games, but there was also tons of PvP! 4v4, 3v3, 2v2, 1v1. You name it! There were times when one time would start off winning yet the other would come out victorious. Winners of the 1v1 matches were awarded a Hair Style of their choice. After all, you need a classy head of hair if you want to make your way up to be a PvP master, am I right?

Did I mention we also had a costume contest? To celebrate the Fifth of July, Wizards were encouraged to come in their most decorative clothing to represent the Fifth. Reds, blues, whites were preferred but what ever you had worked. Although there were tons of great outfits, 4 stood out as the best.

1st Place (Stormrider Hare) - Christina Lionrider
2nd Place (Patriotic Leprechaun) - Amber Firesword
3rd Place (Evil Magma Peas - Evan Shadow
Runner up (Hair Style) - Adam

It was a great party and do you want to know what was one of the most fun parts? Everyone taking tons of selfies!! What's that? Let Me Take a #Selfie ^_<

I definintely want to start doing this as an annual event. People always do a party on the Fourth but why not the Fifth? Let others have Fourth of July in-game parties which we should all attend but then when the Fifth comes around, you can count that I'll be having a party as well :)

Hope you all had a fun and enjoyable Fifth of July!
