~Interview With Ditto~
Hey guys! I recently had the fabulous honor of interviewing one of Wizard101's favorite Wizards XD Ditto!!! Ditto is a "Fabricated American" who loves to play Wizard101 and is very friendly XD Without further adue, I give you, the interview with Ditto! Enjoy :)
Me:
Hey Ditto! Thanks for agreeing to do this interview for mywizard101site :) I am very honored to be able to interview you and I hope that the wizards will get a lot out of this. Why don't we start off with some backrground info on you. What do you enjoy as a Wizard101 blogger?
Ditto:
What I enjoy most as a Wizard 101 Blogger is the pie - I love pie. Oh wait, blogging has nothing to do with pie - I get confused some times. I guess my favorite thing is the people I get to meet in game and on the other fansites, and all the great information the other bloggers share. I've learned so much about playing the game and different tactics and items that I would never know about otherwise. I also LOVE the feedback I get, especially regarding my safety articles. As most people know, online safety is really important to me, so I love all the feedback I get on my safety articles and videos.
Me:
As you probably know, the language in the Commons on realm Wu area 1 has gotten even worse!
Edward Lifegem and I have tried warning people about the danger of foul language and how a Wizard can be muted and even worse have their account taken away! How do you react to this or when you see this display of foul language? What is your prospective on it and how do you believe Wizards should act?
Ditto:
It's sad to see things like this, especially when Wizard 101 is such a wonderful and family-friendly game. If I see it, I will just block that person and, when the language is bad enough (this is usually people openly using vulgarity or promoting violence or using racial/homophobic slurs, things like that) I will report them to KI. We all need to do our part to make sure Wizard 101 is a safe and friendly place for everyone to play.
One of the most important things regarding this is not to add fuel to the fire. If someone is talking like this, you shouldn't respond or react, that's what they want in most cases. Block them or report them if it's serious enough, but never get dragged into a verbal fight, you'll only end up giving them what they want, and you might get banned in the process.
Me:
I have seen in your videos that Digby has been tearing up Crab Alley! What do you think his next move will be? What is the next area you intend to quest in and what future plans do you have for him?
Ditto:
Well, Digby needs to finish Dragonspyre, that's coming pretty soon and that will be a VERY big deal. After Dragonspyre I'm not certain what my next move will be - I'm DYING to see Celestia so I'll probably at least start that, but I've got a ot left in Grizzleheim, too.
As for future plans, I want to finish all the current worlds (Celestia and Wintertusk) and then I'll probably focus more time on Destiny, my 'experimental' death student, though I'm sure I'll bring Digby out to help friends or to go to parties.
Me:
Ok so Ditto, I have a question for you. Since the new Sultan Palace has came out, many people have been sayin that it is better then the Massive Fantasy Palace. What is your prospective on this? Which do you think is a better house? Please state the Pros and Cons about the houses :D
Ditto:
Well this is a really subjective question, and depends on how you define 'better' - they are both huge, both have PvP rings, both are beautifully detailed, and both have cool hidden things to find and explore. Both are great for parties, gardening, and for letting pets and mounts roam free. The same can be said for the 'extras' that come with them - is the flying carpet better than the griffon? Both are cool, exclusive mounts that go the same speed so again, personal preference. The same for the pets, etc... - I think they're pretty similar overall. I feel that much of the choice will be based on a person's taste in design and architecture, as the MFP is more a classical European 'castle' and the Sultan's Palace is a beautiful Middle-Eastern or Indian design, similar to the Taj Mahal. Both are impressive and beautiful in their own way.
I will say that the Sultan's Palace slightly edges out the MFP in one way - the genie of the lamp. I don't think this feature should be considered a HUGE advantage as I haven't getting anything earth-shattering from it; the treasures seem to be equivalent to a level 1 or 2 plant in gardening so far, but it's still fun to go in there and have the genie say his thing and there's a big 'poof' of light and color - I do like colorful things that go 'poof'...
Me:
Thanks again Ditto for agreeing to do this interview with mywizard101site! It means a lot to me :D Do you have any questions for us?
Ditto:
Nope, I'm all set, thanks for interviewing me :)
Ditto P. Monster
