Let's Get CRAZY!!!! (CONTESTS!!!!)

HELLOOOOOO WIZARDS AND PIRATES OF THE SPIRAL!!!! It's been a while since I've had a contest and since I've hit a few milestones recently such as 130+ Facebook page likes and nearly 90,000 blog views, plus I've just been in a good mood lately; I figured I'd spoil you guys with tons of crowns, mounts, items and more! In this post, there will be 5 different contests being explained. All which end on the 22nd of April. So.... LET'S GET STARTED!!!

You may have seen this first contest on websites such as Legends of the Spiral, That Swashbuckler as well as a few others. I introduce to you, Pick-A-Mount!! This amazing game was made by LOTS and they decided to share it with the community so we can all use it for our blogs as well. Thanks LOTS for this awesome game! All you have to do is pick a mount and then you get points. The points range from 20-50 and you can click on a mount every day. Thus you have the chance to get more and more points every day. If you click the "View Leader board" button, it will show you the ranks of who is in the lead point wise. On the 22nd, 10 days from now, the contest will stop and whoever is in first place will get a code for a Random Permanent Wizard101 Mount. Good luck guys!

As for the next contest, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post saying what your favorite Wizard101 memory is. On the 22nd, I will go through them and the comment I like the most will get a code for a Random Permanent Wizard101 Mount.

For the third contest, I'm doing a Rafflecopter where you can win the following prizes:
-A Random Permanent Wizard101 Mount Code
-2,500 Crowns + a 7 day Pirate101 Buffaloon Rental Mount Code
-A Random Wizard101 Wand Code

Remember, you can tweet about the contest every day for extra entries! Good luck!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

For this contest, I want you to get creative. Send an email to mywizard101site@gmail.com with the subject “My Companion Contest” and give a description of a companion you made up and include a drawing of it. Your description should include your companions name, stats, class, attacks, background story, and whatever else you want to add. The better your description is, the better chances you have of winning.  If you aren't good at drawing, no worries! The drawing is more like an extra boost to your entry. It can only raise your chances of winning but won't decrease them. There will be two winners. On the 22nd, I will start to review the entries and the each winner will get a Pirate101 code for 2,500 Crowns + a 7 day Buffaloon Rental Mount.

For the last contest, I will be doing everyone's favorite.... #Twizard Tivia!!! Between now and the 22nd, I will tweet 5 trivia questions dealing with both Wizard101 and Pirate101. Whoever responds first with the right answer will be the winner. Every winner will get a Wizard101 Card Pack of their choice (not including Mega Snack Packs).

So what are you all waiting for!? Contests are up and there is only 10 more days left in the contest so good luck to all!

See you in the Spiral!
-Blaze

  1. My favorite W101 memory is definitely doing the Great Spyre with some friends. My questing buddy and I were a little underleveled, so we were a little worried and asked all our high-level friends for help. None of them could come. We decided to go in and try our luck, and soon a level 12 balance ported in. We were happy and did the great spiral together, and he saved our lives with his tri-shields, lol. We stayed up SUPER late and had a great time! :)

  2. My favorite Wizard 101 memory was when I soloed the Pagoda Gauntlet, and I was fighting the 4 Samoorai . I had like 87 health , and my brave hound cast sprite before my turn, and after each of their attacks. By the time it was my turn again, I had 5 sprite spells going. Saved my butt, and allowed to to kick some.

  5. My favorite memory was going to Krockotopia for the first time. I know it doesn't sound that amazing but it was the first time i had gotten a membership. I was psyched! I leveled up 8 times in a matter of two hours. You couldn't get me away from the computer. :)

  8. I think my favourite Wizard1O1 memory would be in Krokotopia :)
I remember when I used to hate it so much because the quests were so long, along with the fact that I was such a noob and I didn't know that you could buy gear with extra armour, attacks and accuracy! I also didn't like the whole Egypt scene, so I used to try to rush all the quests and when I found out there was even more to complete I used to be so upset! My favourite bit would have been fighting Krokopatra (it took me three times to actually defeat her but xD) and going to the Krokosphinx for the first time. :)

    1. Haha yea it did take a while but you eventually got used to it. The Egypt theme was part of what made it an amazing world. Krokopatra is a fun battle as well! You also get some decent gear from it.

  9. My favorite Wizard101 memory would have to be Wizard City. I just miss everything being so easy to accomplish... And now, Azteca is a real challenge. Ooh yay... I can't wait for the NEXT world... Gosh, this just keeps getting harder and harder! But the challenges are the best. Especially since I'm an Ice wizard, and my spells weren't really the greatest when I was like 35 and under... So it was a real challenge, and I miss those times, because the higher the rank, the higher the pips, and the higher the pips, the more impatient I get... So yeah! Favorite memory: Not having to wait impatiently and just killing whatever I encounter. :D

  10. My favorite Wizard101 memory is when Kelsey Fireheart, Diana Wildheart and I were trying to get me my One in a Million badge. We had all the traps and everything set up. But then, right when I was about to attack, Kelsey's Wintry Elf casted a snow serpent. We were all so disappointed. We did try again though, of course Kelsey had a different pet. I did get the badge on the next try.

  13. My fav. Memory about wizard101 would be : Meeting the friends I have they became very special to me,we all fighting side by side and showing off our new spells, inviting all to the house to explore and redecorate it. Buying all areas and leveling so fast in a matter of few minutes, seeing new areas and fighting high ranked bosses. But my best memory was fighting and being with my guy who also playd wizard101 because it was something special we did together and shared,we have faced a few rough obsticals but made it threw. I can't really only pick one fav. Memory cause there are many

  14. My favorite memory is meeting the friends I have and how important and special they have become, fighting side by side , helping eachother and leveling of course. Exploring new worlds and fighting high ranked and leveling some more, but the most favorite memory of all is how strangers are willing to help u during a hard battle and in end a friendship forms hehehhe I think it would be rather lonely battling alone :).

  16. My favorite moment was the first time that my kids and I could play together in Wizard101. My son originally started playing and my daughter and I created wizards on his account after watching him play for awhile. We all enjoyed playing but it was a pain that we couldn't play together. Then for my son's birthday last year his grandparents gave us three memberships so we could play together. Once my daughter and I transferred our characters from my son's account to our own we started having a blast playing together. This was truly assume when I would travel for work but we could still play together.

  18. My favorite wizard101 memory is when I had to solo Wanadi Black Sky in Cenote,Azteca in order to unlock the star school trainor. At first I had tried many times to defeat him but I eventually learned a new strategy. The strategy was to fill up my side deck with heals and shields and leave my main deck with just attacks, blades, and traps. I didn't use any henchmen or anything. At the time I did this I was level 87 and my school is storm. It was soo great to have finally solo something. I felt as if I had conquered the world. It was a great feeling. That battle will always be one of my favorite memories of wizard101 :D

  19. My favorite wizard101 memory was when one of my best friends (also my irl friend) bought her first house. She had started playing the game a little late and we all helped her gather enough gold to buy a house. It was a storm house and she took me there. Then we called out a few close friends. We started with a group of five people and after a while everyone's friends started porting randomly and we ended up having a huge crowd at her place. It was a fun and unexpected party. We all had a great time and took really fun pictures and did fun activities. It was the most fun I ever had in wizard101 and my most fondly memorable memory of all.

  21. My Favorite Wizard101 memory is when I got my first pet, a special one too, The piggle of course, That is when I started playing wizard101, and I was curious what it is and I almost sold it off (forgot to read that it was a pet) I was so excited, after 5 minutes it hatched and I clicked "Equip" and the pig appeared. And one day, after killing some monsters, it said my backpack was full, and the items were in the bank, and I went to my bank and accidentally put my pet into the bank, and I was like "where did my pet go." And sorting through the bank I saw the piggle. And I LOL!
